Rule 20
Restriction To Work
(1) A foreigner who has obtained a visa as a tourist or his or her family member pursuant to these Rules shall not be allowed to work, whether in consideration for remuneration or not, in any industry, business, enterprise or organization during his or her stay in Nepal.
(2) A foreigner who has obtained a visa pursuant to these Rules shall not be allowed to carry out any work other than that for which purpose he or she has obtained the visa.
